Free reading
What is free?
The basic reading, checks of past interpretations, and personal summary are free. A topic-specific answer has a separate purchase step showing its price.
Can I read without my birth time?
Yes. Start with a birth date. We leave out Saju and astrology evidence that depends on the missing time and use the remaining calculations.
What happens when I mark a reading as wrong?
A rejected interpretation is not reused as a confirmed fact. Unsure answers are not counted as hits either.
Account and library
Do I need an account for the free reading?
No. You can finish the free reading and summary without an account. Sign in with Google, Kakao, Naver, or email verification when you save a reading or purchase an answer.
How do I sign in without a password?
Use your Google, Kakao, or Naver account, or enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email. There is no separate password, and social login needs no extra email verification.
Where can I reopen my purchased reading?
Sign in and open Topic readings under My reports in the library. If you have not created it yet, choose your situation and create it there.
Payment and refunds
When do I pay for a topic reading?
After the free basic reading, choose a topic and review the applicable price and payment method. Choosing a question alone does not charge you.
I paid, but I cannot see the answer.
If payment is still being confirmed, reload the page shortly. If it still does not appear, check your payment record and email the order details to hello@sajumira.com.
How do I request a refund?
You receive a full refund before creating the reading. Withdrawal may be limited after creation. We refund in full if delivery fails. Email your order details to hello@sajumira.com. See the refund policy for details.
